GCC through years of experience (since 2006) responds to the contextual needs of the Adivasi communities through its Aim, Vision, Mission and Values as follows:

Aim: To impart a skill-based education to Adivasi youth who have no access to urbanised education.

Vision: To educate, empower and liberate the Adivasi people from the bondage of poverty, ignorance and oppression to move towards self-respect and self-reliance.

Mission: To empower the Adivasi youth through an education that is person, skill and community oriented.

Values: To inculcate the value of every human person, with ability to develop her/his potential for the benefit of herself/himself, the community and the country. Hence, the emphasis is on hard work, sincerity, perseverance, creativity, initiative and determination in building up the Adivasi community.
