The Nirmala Institute Governing Body is composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and members. The Animator of Nirmala Niketan Reunion is the Vice President. The beneficiaries are the students of GCC. Corporate Social Responsibility, contributors, textile, garment stitching experts are contacted through the NI trust to enable the students to come to the mainstream of the civil society. The students are trained in marketing, social media, accounts, professional packing, branding and labelling of all Warli art painting articles and items.

Funding appeals are made to various agencies to support the skill training courses, support in finding employments, to apply for different government schemes, seasonal short and long term courses for entrepreneurship, exposure and educational visits, career options, and further education.
